First, you've got to write the words that will bring up your profile when a recruiter in your industry searches for qualified candidates for a specific job opportunity. Then you'll need to know what format is best for posting.   Keyword Resume | ASCII Plain Text Resume     Keyword Resume Keywords are words or phrases (skills, experience, industries, industry jargon) that are used to search. Include keywords to invite recruiters and companies to your profile. This doesn't mean that you should include every feasible keyword in your resume. But you will want to write your resume in a traditional format and then extract keywords by which a recruiter may search, and create a keyword resume.
